Youth Lacrosse Player Development Tracker
A structured development tool for youth lacrosse players and families. Evaluate core skills, identify strengths and development gaps, and generate focused training priorities.
Evaluate
Score the player across core dimensions such as stick skills, game IQ, competitive behavior, and ground ball/contact play.
Understand
See where the player is strongest, where growth opportunities exist, and how development looks across major skill areas.
Train
Use the results to guide focused training priorities and build a more intentional development plan between practices.
Who this is for
This pilot is designed for families and coaches who want a more structured way to think about player development. It is especially intended for players in the U12 age band and is meant to support development between practices, not replace coaching.
Current pilot scope
- U12 rubric only
- Single evaluation flow
- Early prototype focused on development structure
- Built for testing with a small number of families and coaches
The evaluation currently takes about 2–3 minutes to complete.
